Damaged or Lost Orders
UPE is responsible for your order until it is delivered to you.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and photographs of the damaged parcel and products.
If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment with the delivery provider.

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct before completing your order.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
